The HOA is on a fiscal year of October 1 - September 30. The annual dues are mailed in September with a due date of September 30. The current dues for the fiscal year October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023, are $385. You have the option to pay your dues online through your homeowner portal or by mailing a check.
Homeowner Portal
You can use your homeowner portal to make a payment via e-check (no fee) or by credit or debit card (fees). You may also use your homeowner portal to see your balance in real-time, set up recurring payments, view important HOA documents, submit architectural changes, etc.
