Assessments

The HOA is on a fiscal year of October 1 - September 30. The annual dues are mailed in September with a due date of October 1. The current dues for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026, are $423.50. You have the option to pay your dues online through your homeowner portal or by mailing a check. 

 

 

You can use your homeowner portal to make a payment via e-check, credit or debit card (fees will apply). You may also use your homeowner portal to see your balance in real-time, set up recurring payments, view important HOA documents, submit architectural changes, etc.
